The over a century old house offers a total retreat combined with authentic Spanish charm and historic Moorish architecture. This property contains four guestrooms with en-suits and also a private accommodation for the owners. The house has been gradually renovated from 2019 to 2022 with a gentle hand and has been decorated in a cozy and tasteful way. All guest rooms and the owner’s apartment are equipped with air condition (inverter) units.

When you enter through the beautiful doors of the main entrance, you immediately feel the beat of history in the welcoming hall. From the entrance level, you walk through a hall to get to the other part of the house, which is connected by the patio with the lemon tree, but first you pass the pleasant breakfast room.
Here, at the patio, is a third bedroom with its own bathroom.
From the patio with the lemon tree there is a staircase leading up to the fourth bedroom with its own bathroom. The room is directly connected to the sunny terrace and has a stunning view of the sea and the mountains.

The owner’s apartment with its own entrance, consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a fireplace, private terraces, and an en-suite bedroom. There is also a garden area at the back of the house.

Today, all marketing is done through the own website and through various portals with which there is a contract, and which can be taken over by the buyer.
